Product Overview

The ARMEX Agri Multiflow HF1536 is a high-frequency agricultural screening and cleaning plant designed for efficient cleaning, sizing and separation of agricultural products including maize, soya beans and sunflower seed.

Combining a large 1 500 × 3 600 mm high-frequency screening deck with an integrated pre-cleaner, adjustable screening angle and dedicated discharge system, the HF1536 provides an efficient solution for commercial agricultural screening applications.

The plant separates material into three individual fractions, while interchangeable screen configurations allow the machine to be adapted for different crops and grading requirements.

Available in mobile wheeled or stationary configurations, with an optional PTO alternator for applications where three-phase electricity is not readily available.

The Agri Multiflow HF1536 is designed to produce three separate material fractions during a single screening process:

Pre-Cleaner Fraction
Material separated by the integrated pre-cleaner.

Top Deck Product
Material discharged from the upper screening section.

Bottom Deck Product
Material separated through the lower screening section.

This configuration provides effective cleaning, sizing and separation within a single compact plant.

380 V Electric

The standard machine is configured for 380 V three-phase electrical supply and is supplied complete with its electrical control panel.

Optional PTO Alternator

For agricultural applications where three-phase electricity is not readily available, the HF1536 can be supplied with an optional PTO-driven alternator, allowing operation using a suitable tractor PTO.

Wheeled Chassis

Designed for applications where the plant needs to be moved between farms, fields or processing locations.

Stationary

A stationary configuration is available for permanent or semi-permanent agricultural processing installations.
